Barb Langlon and Valerie Church attended the Lake Elsinore Rotary supported HOPE food drive Saturday
![]() The HOPE organization has been doing this food distribution for 20 years...every month on the second Saturday. I did a little math, over the last 20 years HOPE has served the community for a total of 240 months to approximately 72,000 families. It all started with some local churches that saw a need. Amazing group of volunteers. I also want to give a shout out to Val's daughter Courtney, she is the beautiful young lady in picture with us. Courtney is a Sophomore at Murrieta Valley HS. Also to Tim, Val's husband who helped "shop" with the families and load up the food into their cars. Great family, they all have servants hearts!

Barb and I attended the HOPE organization food drive early on Saturday morning. I wanted to pass along these photos from the event. This food drive was sponsored by the Lake Elsinore Rotary Club. What a blessing this event was for both Barb and myself. To see how many families are in need right here in our own backyard was absolutely incredible.
