Gary Thornhill is asking for more volunteers for our military appreciation concert on June 30th. He’d like help to do the set up on Saturday at 11am for 2 hours or so. Also after the event to help with tear down and during the event we need people to work in the kid’s area. If you have not been Live Scanned for Rotary you will need to do that before helping with the kids. We will make arrangements for anyone who needs to get the Live Scan, please see Debbie Herrera.

Volunteers are still needed for the Balloon and Wine Festival to work the VIP Booth, Dave Thompson has the details.  Congratulations to our newest blue badge members, Mary Winter and Juli Johnson.

Julie Ngo has been heading up our scholarship committee and announced that this year we awarded 10 kids with $1000 each. Two of the recipients were from Oak Grove and one of them spoke briefly.

David Lerma was ratted out for his enormous golf winnings in Las Vegas, Dave Thompson for being a self described terrible golfer (nobody believes that Dave!) and Jon Atwood didn’t win a thing.
